You may initiate a return of an unused product within 14 days of delivery by submitting a return request and printing a prepaid shipping label. To start a return, please click here.

• Bong Pong only accepts returns on unused products within 14 days of delivery. 

• We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances. 

• Returns must be in original packaging.

• Shipping charges and rush processing fees are non-refundable. 

• File a Return online and we'll provide a prepaid shipping label (the cost of the postage will be subtracted from your refund) or ship the item back on your own. 

What if an item arrives broken or damaged?

• In the unlikely event you receive a damaged product, please file a return and select the reason why you are returning the product.

• We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost. 

What happens if my package is returned to sender?

• In the event your package is returned to sender due to invalid address, you can choose to have it reshipped to an alternate or corrected address. You will be charged for the cost of the postage. If your package was returned to sender, please email contact@bongpong.com.

Can I return a used item?

• We do not accept returns of used items.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

• Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued within 5-10 business days.

International Returns:

• Returns originating from outside the United States or Canada (international returns) must be shipped back to us by the customer at their own expense. Bong Pong does not provide prepaid shipping labels for international returns, and all international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
