Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping

    We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited options can deliver in 2-3 business days. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier’s website.

Order Issues

  • Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:
    If your order arrives damaged, or if your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately at contact@bongpong.com. Include your order number and any relevant photos or information. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information:
    Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address, but once the order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
